World of Wong Kar Wai

    This is a collection of seven movies written, directed and produced by Wong Kar Wai. Frankly, I feel extremely lucky that I found this collection on sale for 50% off through Criterion, during one of their 24 hour Flash sales.
    I already own one of these films and have seen two others, all of which mesmerize me. I will likely donate my extra film to my library. I notice, in the entire county system, only one copy of one of these films exists.
    Although information is available for all these films, it's going to take me a little while to collect it, post it (and construct the Actor/Role tables). These films have been discussed and reviewed all over the internet and I want to take my time looking for suitable entries. You can find mini descriptions of each film at the immediately previous link. It's also going to take me some time to construct just the list of films into this post, so, Dear Reader, hang in there.     BTW, just for fun, here is an article by someone who isn't terribly thrilled with Wong Kar Wai movies. It's interesting and fun to read. Even if you're a Wong fan, it'll give you something to think about when viewing his movies.
