Well, this is truly perplexing!
Somehow, as I was working on my last archive, 02/06/2005 - 02/13/2005, I managed to delete about half the posts that were in that archive. I can't seem to get them back. That appears to be a total of 25 movie write-ups. I'm going to recreate the movie write-up headings, which I'll attempt to post to the 02/06/2005 - 02/13/2005 archive, but I can't seem to find the actual write-ups, so I'll have to write about those movies from memory. Which is fine. It's just that for at least 25 movies that we obtained prior to 2/13/2005, I'll likely not remember personal comments about the movies that relate to Mom and me from that time. What a shame. Perhaps those posts will show up on their own, although I wouldn't bet on it. Anyway, for the time being, after today, 25 of the movies in the 02/06/2005 - 02/13/2005 archive will simply be bare listings, linked, of course, to the list to the left. How weird! Oh well. What can you do?!? Oh, wait! Let me try The Way Back Machine! Maybe it happened to troll that site between 2005 and now! I'll report back!
No luck at The Way Back Machine. It only takes single snippet snapshots. I'm going to try one more thing, which will, likely, be unsuccessful, and then it's back to work.
Well, that didn't work. So, on to adding the listings. I'll be doing them in the "new" format, since I can't remember the information for each of those movies I wrote-up in the "old" format.
In the meantime, as well, links in the title and the Wikipedia link in the Commentary will, of course, be the same, until I can retrieve some interesting reviews for the titles.
Update 9/24/21 @ 18:15: I found the write-ups, and the posts. They seem to be "hidden" and I can't figure out how to unhide them. So, I just copied all the posts and will re-post them, according to their original dates, over the weekend.

- Commentary: My goodness! Can you believe it? Here is a movie that completely got away from me! I didn't even realize I, or, formerly, we, had it, never entered it in my movie journal, although I know I've seen it, perhaps more than once and, certainly, with my mother. I'm sure we had it before her death. It's the kind of movie she would have liked, which is probably why it is in our collection. But, that I overlooked it! Yikes! I wonder how many other movies are sitting on the shelves that I've overlooked!
Well, when I'm done with the project, of "picturing" movies, I think I just start from "A" on the shelves and see if there are any others I've missed. I hope not, but I'm excited about the possibility of discovering "new content", as they say in the trades, although they won't really be new, but, simply, uncatalogued. Somehow, I think there are very few. In fact, I kind of think this is the only one. Well, we'll see.
I should probably write up this movie, my reaction, that is, but I think I need to watch it again for that!
