Truth is, I'm kind of nervous about this product. Online, there is conflicting information regarding not only this set but other sets of this anime, as well. I know I really enjoy this series, as I watched it "religiously" when it was on Netflix. At that time, I was unaware the there were season"s", in the multiple. Now, it seems, there is at least one other series season, the "second", there may be more, and there are many, many companies that are hawking this and other seasons. Commentary on the quality of each of the offerings is wildly mixed, some of the commentary is not kind about the packaging, which, in some cases, has been a problem, and problems are shared by all companies offering various iterations of this series, including this offering by Amazon. So, there is a possibility that I may be returning this product shortly after receiving it. I hope not. I just went through a protracted push/pull with another company, typically highly favored, over a disc that arrived loose in its case, scratched from being jostled about during shipping and wouldn't play more than a third of that loose disc, no matter what I did. I eventually convinced the company that they needed to replace that disc, and they did, but not without argument. The whole process took four weeks. So, after reading all the commentary on the quality of the packaging of this series, I crossed my fingers and am fearfully optimistic.
Of course, I'll report back.

Yep, I've seen this movie, a couple of times, since it came out early in this century. I've often been reminded of it and, when I am, I always think, "Oh, yeah! Delightful movie! I must add that to my collection!" And then I go on to think of something else and I forget. Well, now, I've remembered for sure. It'll be here in a couple of days. I'm really looking forward to watching it again. And again. I was, you see, involved in a friendship very much like the one depicted. We fell into friendship in high school. We even went on a road-trip, of sorts, except it was a move to a city with which both of us were unfamiliar. We are, by the way, still friends, very comfortable friends, although quite distant, at the moment, being involved in unlocked and very busy separate lives. I expect that at some time before we die we will come together again. In the meantime, I'll watch this movie. Maybe, some day, we'll watch this movie together. She's not a movie person, so she may not relate to it as I do, but I think she'll appreciate it.
More later.
