Get Out
- Commentary: Under construction.
This is one of those films that I've been wanting to both see and acquire (because of the articles I've read about it) for quite awhile. I set my interest aside, though, when it first became available on disc because, of course, of its price. Today, though, because my morning class was canceled, I decided to spend some time at home cleaning up my movie wish list, so I looked this one up, yet again. Bingo! The price was right! [Would those last two sentences be considered a mixed metaphor?]
I'm very excited by the arrival of this movie. I love horror, well done, but I'm also a horror snob. By that I mean, it has to be really well done. I'm satisfied from what I've read about it, that this movie fits that bill.
As usual, more later.
